The company’s roots reach back in history as far as 1929 when Stanislaw Klawe founded a plant manufacturing serum and herbal preparations for the needs of Industrial Chemical-Pharmaceutical Society SA based in Warsaw. In post war Poland the company was turned into a state owned enterprise. In 1994 the company came into the ownership transformation period which in 2001 Polfa Grodzisk Ltd became the main share-holder of the company. The company of LABORATORIOS OVEJERO S.A. is a dominant shareholder starting with the day of June 31 2009.

Biowet Drwalew specializes in the production of ointments and calcium preparations occupying the first position in the whole-counrty ranking. The firm sells its products in Poland through the wide network of authorized veterinary wholesale, establishments covering the whole territory of Poland.

The majority of the products are manufactured meeting the community GMP and WHO requirements of superior quality.
Since January 2006 Biowet Drwalew has been in the possession of the GMP certificate for powdered products.

Recently Biowet Drwalew SA has invested a lot of in new and modern warehouse buildings, the gas-oil heating system station and modernization works in production and quality control departments. Purchasing new machines and equipment is the next step significant in the company’s development.
